Eat less carbohydrate foods--compensate your hunger by salads--eat green vegetables and fruits. Avoid junk ,oily and spicy foods and animal protein, take less sweets--drink at least 7-8 glasses of water everyday--walk for 30 minutes per day.

Excersize half hour a day everyday. Doesnt have to be a lot, just a lite job that will get your heart rate going and make you sweat. Try listening to music or excersziing with a friend. Eat a lot of protein as protein will stimulate your metabolism ( turkey, fish, chicken) . Stay away from fatty foods and foods high in fat and calories. Try to have a variety of fruits and vegetables and dont be afraid to sneak in desert every once in a while if uve been excersizing and eating right. restricting yourself and harsh dieting usally leads to failure . best of luck!

It's safe, it's healthy and you don't have to give anything up but junk.

You eat 6 times a day....drink plenty of water and exercise...( all I did was walk 3 times a week).
I lost 14 pounds the first week....30 pounds in 3 weeks....and 100 pounds in 3 months. The weightloss slowed down after that....and after 10 months I was down 155 pounds. I still have 80 to go...but I have a ton of energy and I'm happy.

The only 2 rules on this diet is never skip a meal...and don't eat anything you don't like. Aside from giving up junk...you can eat just about anything you want.

This is a no gimmick diet...you do all the work yourself...and you are rewarded handsomely...:)
Good luck to you!!

Eat only vegetarian food. No meat and egg at all. Then light excersize is enough to mentain your body and mind. Go for yoga.

This may sound harsh, but it will work unless you have an underlying metabolic disorder (in which case you should see your doctor). You should check with your doctor before beginning an exercise regimen.
1. No soda. Not even diet.
2. Exercise. To burn fat, you need to do AT LEAST 30-45 minutes of cardio (running, cycling, fast walking, eliptical trainer, etc.) about 3 times per week. 60 minutes will produce better results, but you can work up to that over time. It is best to do this first thing when you wake up in the morning before you eat breakfast. This has to do with which fuel sources your body will burn first when you start to exercise. It also helps increase your metabolism so you'll burn fat throughout the day. You cannot "spot" reduce certain areas, btw. That is a myth.
3. Drink only water with your meals and sip water throughout the day. No tea or other caffienated drinks. If you don't like water alone, add some lemon or lime juice if that helps. (I don't like water much and it helps me...)
4. Eat. You need to eat several small meals throughout the day...healthy stuff. Try to cut out starches. You can have non-startchy vegitables and small amounts of dairy products. See a registered dietician for best results. Portion size is important also. A dietician can help you calculate portion size, how many calories you need, and how many you should intake per day for safe weight reduction.
5. Motivation. None of the above will work if you do not have adequate motivation. Set reasonable goals for yourself and if you need to, reward yourself when you meet them. (Buy yourself a new outfit, something like that.)

Remember...to maintain the weight you want to reach will be a lifestyle change. If you go back to doing what you did before, you're going to look like you did before.

Good luck.

I'm not sure what you mean by "not too much"...but I would think you mean not get super skinny..."stick man" style! haha

The best plan is one that's simple to follow, proven, and works with YOUR life. Don't try following something that just gets in the way when you're going about your daily business.

The simplest model I have is follow a plan that includes 3-4 days of strength training, mixed in with some interval cardio...and on the food side of things...the simplest model is eat 5-6 meals a day that include a palm sized porition of proteins, fruits/veggies, good fats/oil and raw nuts...and LOTS of water.

I was once 300 lbs and I lost over 100 lbs in a year by just making small changes each week. Check out my blog that has more details on how I did it and what I do now.

I just keep it simple, keep it fun and exciting...and just "live" the rest of my day knowing that I'm improving each day with a solid, proven plan.

Hope that helps!
