Question: I've been exercising for 3 months now and I lost a nice amount of belly fat and my waist size decresed from a 33.5 to 28 and I just can't seem to shed at least 2-3 more inches. What can I do my stomach is at a plateau. It's becoming very fustrating now...

have u been running/jogging? have u been eating right? if you do all the same things and not change up your workout that stuff will happen. try new things or tweak the workout a little bit to work different muscles.

Crunches are good

You have to burn that fat layer on top of the abs in order to see the muscles. You can do crunches all day long but it wont make your tummy smaller, only burning fat will. You probley have a nice six pack under there but if you dont burn the fat you will never see it. Do more cardio and burn off the fat.

My fitness instructor once told me the only way to loose belly fat is to diet or just loose weight overall. Crunches can make it tighter, but dieting works the best
