Whats the best way to get a bulky shoulder?!


Question: Shoulder I use heavy or medium weights.I know its definitely not less weight!,however

HOw many reps and how many time(s) should I workout my shoulder weekly!
I also need a bulky huge biceps!!(should I do my biceps twice or once per week)

unless you are just stating off i would recomend doing shoulders once per week. if you want to focus a lot of attention to shoulders do something like

3 sets of 8 of shoulder presses (dumbell or smith machine)
3 sets of 8 of front dumbell raises
3 sets of 8 os side dumbell raises
3 sets of 8 of bent over side raises

Shoulders need heavy weight and strict form to grow. Any pressing exercise is hey when wanting to grow. If you're not doing it already, try doing a variation of dumbell military presses like Arnold's, you might have to look that one up. You need to make sure that you're hitting all three heads of the deltoids as well.
As far as reps and sets, well, three to four sets per exercise and reps will differ per exercise. When doing press movements, I usually go very heavy and shoot for around 8m reps but my aim is to reach failure. On side raise and front raise exercises, you might want to go a bit lighter to keep from damaging the rotator, shoot for 10-12 reps and focus on the contraction of the movements.
