Is 20 minutes of cardio training enough?!


Question: I do 6 days cardio training 20 minutes each day like treadmill at my THR,skipping,etc... other than 35 minutes of weight training.Is this enough to burn enough calories!

No. After 20 min. you start to burn fat. So - you stop exactly when exercising has meaning. Better do cardio 3 times per weak, but 40-60 min.

it depends on your goals i guess. Are you seeing the results that you want? if not i would up it. I think that it is best to burn about 250 calories each time that you do a cardio scession. Is your weight training enough? are you seeing results? if not you may want to refine your weigh training....

that depends on how you are working. where you really build fitness is by raising your heartrate. the reason why you read 30mins here so much is it takes time to get your HR up and time to cool down after. ideally that is 20mins with your HR in the 130-150 range.
