Depends on how long you have been going and what your eating. The key is 3500 calories equals one pound. So for every pound you have to burn off 3500 calories in the gym or cut it out of the diet. Then factor it in. The only difference is when you first start the first 5 or ten pounds are water weight and come right off in a week or two

If you eat VERY healthy and exercise for AT LEAST an hour everyday, then you could lose it in a week!
