Breakfast at Noon?!


Question: I have a weird weird/messed out sleeping pattern. I go to bed very late (1am) and get up somewhere between 11am-Noon. I'm a virtual school student so it doesnt matter what time I get up. I'm looking to loss weight and I've always heard you should anyways eat breakfast but I sleep so late. I do an hour workout about 4 times a week as well. Should I still eat breakfast type foods at noon then lunch type foods at dinner (5pm) then a small snack a little later?

The best way to conquer this is to go to bed earlier so you get up earlier and then you have time for breakfast!
