Optimum 100% Whey Protein and Nitro Tech?!

I'm not sure about those because most of the whey protein I seen has soy which is bad for your health. It can aggrevate cancer cells and causes cell proliferation. Which is why I stopped eating chinese food and in fact I have grown an inch taller since I stopped eating chinese food . I am 18 turning 19 this year. and also my acne has gone away too. also chinese food has phyto-estrogens. which is not exactky great if your a guy. it can damage your nervous system also. Some ppl say even shrinks your penis length after prolonged dextensive use but I am not sure 100% sure about that. theres other stuff too it does bad. I hear it also conflicts with your digestion of other proteins and I heard it can cause increaed requirements for vitamin D3 and that it doesnt allow maxuimim growth in height.

What I take is Ultimate Nutrition Amino Gold capsules super whey formula. it has free from peptide bond amino acids derived entirely from the 100% enzymatic digest of whey protein isolates. it has like 18 different types of amino acids. The only ingrediants are gelatin capsules. natural enzymatic digest of whey protein isolate, and magnesuim stearate. and it has other things too that are good for you. and I do notice difference when I use it. I usually have lots more mucle stamina in the gym with it and also alittle more strength. So I like it.

Take them twice a day, once in the morning, and once right after you workout. If you still need more protein, take it before you go to sleep too.They are both whey so you should treat them the same.

Although i don't get why u need 2 kinds of whey protein, maybe flavorwise but anyway keep taking nitro-tech right after your workout and 1 hr before u go to bed, and take optimum right in between. For example u have to eat 6 meals a day: 3 strong meals (real foods) 3 light meals (protein shakes or protein snacks) Alternate them.
