Help me lose the last 10 Ibs.... in a healthy way!!! :)?!


Question: I am very athletic 510 and weigh about 145. I am a size 6 now, I would like to at least be a 4. I swim every other day for an hour or so and eat very healthy.
I am content with the my weight, but I would like to lose about 10 Ibs, in my hip area.
I have a small frame but I am muscular so it sometimes is hard to lose weight.
I do not want to work out so hard anymore. Is there a diet that helps me lose weight without having to work out so hard?

This isn't really an answer to your question, more like advice.

I say you just be happy with your self and what god gave ya. Looking at yourself at that fit of a weight and thinking you need to lose more is the start to some bad habits. Just work out and eat healthy. You will stay at a perfect weight for you. There are far more important things in your life then your weight line hun. I'm sure you look beautiful.

Herbal magic... you dont have to work out with it.. its just kinda expensive and since you only wanna lose the last 10 its kinda a waste of money unless it really means that much to you. www.herbalmagic.com i have lost 30 in 3 months.. good luck.. and if you dont want to do that.. try cutting out salt and sugar from your diet and drink 2 Ls of water a day or more

no diet pills , use a healthy way : count down calories, excerise double

I would do a low fat diet. About 40 grams a day is what I usually eat. I do cardio 4 times a week and weight training 3 times a week and eat very healthy also. I've seen results from doing this after about a month and a lot better results after two. Nobody said it was easy to exercise and eat healthy.
