Should you exercise if you are not feeling well?!

I wouldn't. Do you really need to go to the gym? You can start to exercise again once you start to feel better. You probably won't be able to do as much as you usually can anyway, and it is really not fair on the other people in the gym, especially, if you start coughing. I'm not being horrible when I say that, it's just not nice when someone else is coughing next to you.

Stay at home, keep nice and warm, eat whatever you fancy, drink plenty of fluids, and take some paracetamol and just relax for a couple of days until you feel better. The gym won't be going anywhere.

I'd just walk for about 10 minutes and see how you feel...if you're feeling better, try to walk for longer. If not, go lay down. It sounds weird, but even if I'm sick I feel much better after working out for a while. Good luck, and I hope you get to feeling better.

You should take it easy today, at least. Since you're not feeling well, you probably won't eat very much, so you don't need to burn calories, just make sure you drink plenty of fluids.

Personally I think you should see your Doctor and see how bad you are . They will let you know. You could have fluids in your chest and it might not be healthy for you to exercise.

Yeah I guess. I have the start of the flu methinks, and I went for a run. Didn't get as far as I would have liked to, but felt better for it in the long run (pardon the pun).

you cant be that ill if you even want to excersise, so do what you can but dont expect any personal bests.

I'd say no. Feeling unwell is a sign that your body needs rest. Sleep and sleep and more sleep, preferably with a bit of fresh air coming in through an open window if the weather permits, are what you need.

Sorry, but NO you shouldn't. Your body needs rest right now to fight this virus, as well as warmth and plenty of fluids.

wait until you headache goes away first, but i would wait until you feel better, it might get whores before you get better just rest

I was like you, dying to exercise whilst still not haven fully recovered and my dance teacher told me not too cause it was actually quite dangerous and could affect even your heart! so my advice is just be patient and wait a little longer. Don
