Drink plenty of water, do cardio regularly, and clean up your diet. Lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs.

diet control (determination) + plenty of exercise + Water (all in 12 weeks =a new you (weight loss)

I can suggest you to start a diet, Japanese, Tibet's, Winter (made by dietitians), any diet which you like (web below)
Exercise - any cardio, walk is ok as well - 5 km (1 hour walking per day)
Change the diet after two weeks - start new one, continuing exercising. This is the secret your body not to get used with the particular diet.
Good luck!

Eating a healthy diet and exercise will help you lose weight. You need to expend more energy than you consume. 1 pound = 3500 calories so that gives you an idea of how to lose weight. Don't forget that muscle ways more than fat. Don't focus on the scale but more on how your clothes are fitting and if you feel healthier. Of course drink water that is a no brainer! Watch your portion sizes, stop when you feel full and avoid junk food. When you are hungry between meals grab some veggies or fruit. Good luck!

Drink lots, make sure you are exercising, weather it be 20 minute walk every day or something more.. Eat smaller meals, but more oftern don not stuff yourself, when you feel slightly full stop, also take breaks when you eat stop for 5 mins or so.. Only snack on fruit and make sure you have cereal for breakfast - very important. Also grill most things. Cut out the crap.. xx

The Master Cleanser Diet, or as popularly known; The Lemonade Diet was created by the late Naturopath Stanley
Burroughs. The Diet consists of fasting to rid the body of toxins, created by improper diet, lack of exercise and negative
mental attitudes. The purpose of the Lemonade Diet is to dissolve and eliminate toxins and congestion; to cleanse the
kidneys and digestive system; to purify glands; to eliminate waste and hardened materials in the joints and muscles; to
build a healthy bloodstream; to maintain optimal blood pressure; and to what you all are waiting to hear... to lose weight.
As a reducing diet it is superior in every way, reducing fat at a rate of about two (2) pounds a day for most persons, without
harmful side effects.

The popularity of the Master Cleanser or Lemonade Diet is
growing, especially now that we have celebrities raving
about Mr. Borrough's diet.

Have you seen Robin Quivers? she was featured in
People's Magazine (April 5th issue, read about it!) she looks
absolutely gorgeous after losing 70 pounds following the
Lemonade Diet on 3 occasions. Quoting from the article,
Ms. Quivers says the regimen is responsible for erasing the
joint pain and fatigue that had plagued her more than a
decade.

In conclusion the Lemonade Diet is a reducing diet, with the
added benefits that other ailments are also corrected in the
process.

Keep junk foods, and takeaways to a minimum. They are high in saturated fat and high in refined sugar. They are also low in nutrients.

Eat lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, vegetables, (including potatoes, but keep them plain and simple), include more wholefoods in your diet, - brown bread, brown rice, and brown pasta. These contain high amounts of fibre, keeping you fuller for longer. Fresh fruit, skimmed milk instead of whole milk, has just as much calcium in. Low fat dairy products, non sugary cereals, tea, coffee, and sugar free beverages.

Drink plenty of water, snack on fresh fruit only (no biscuits etc), try to cut your portion sizes down too, stop eating when you feel full.

Move as much as you can. Exercise will help accelerated the weight loss, then once you have lost it, it will help maintain it too.

Do this and you will be on your way to losing those unwanted pounds.

The challenge is keeping the weight off. To do this you have to change your eating habits and lifestyle for good, or for as long as you want to keep the weight off.

It can be done. I lost 48lbs in just over 5 months. I changed my eating habits, and joined a gym. That was 11 months.

I wish you lots of good luck in your quest to lose weight.

Use the recordings for weight loss that my wife and I used. The downloads were VERY inexpensive...and they worked with us throughout the holidays to keep us only eating half portions. We ordered them from independentachievement.com cool stuff, easy to do...very easy..just listening...that was it...everynight before going to sleep.

Eat less calories, do much more exercise!

make yourself puke after every meal you eat.
