I don't get anorexics and how they work?!


Question: I have anorexia, but it's not as major as others.

I don't get this--

If people don't eat, and excersize all the time- people say they gain fat and lose muscle, and store fat and stuff. But anorexic people do that and they are incredibly skinny. I don't get it. What do anorexic people do differently?

What happens if you don't eat breakfast, or lunch, but you do eat dinner...but that dinner has absoultely no calories? And you excersize a lot? Or if you eat breakfast, but no dinner or lunch...but the breakfast has no calories?

What happens if you don't eat breakfast, or lunch, but you do eat dinner...but that dinner has absoultely no calories? And you excersize a lot? Or if you eat breakfast, but no dinner or lunch...but the breakfast has no calories?

If you eat less than your daily calorie needs, and then exercise to burn even more calories, then you will lose weight. Burn more calories than what you are eating, and thats a sure fired way to lose weight.

Example: 500 calories a day and then 600 push-ups/sit ups plus a 30 minute jog, plus walking throughout the day... that would make you lose weight.

?? if you dont eat but excersize its not going to do anyhting okay so your worked out. theirs no clories or anyhting to help you gain muscle or stay fit your just kicking your self in the *** and wasting your time go eat.

well i dont no that much about it but if u dont eat and exercise alot thats the worst thing... ur body doesnt have any fuel and ur trying to burn it. soon ur health is going to get sooo bad
