Im 13, 5'2 and weight 125 lbs, need to lose weight!!!?!

Drink lots of (unsweetened) fluids, eat lots of fiber, avoid ALL red meat, eat lots of green vegetables, and get plenty of exercise, particularly low-impact aerobic exercise. Eat the same amount of food you normally eat, every day, but spread it out over 6 to 8 meals, instead of just 1 or 2 meals. Don't eat anything fried. Avoid stress. Your bed-time should be no less than 4 hours after your last meal. So, if you normally sleep at 10:00 p.m. finish your last meal of the day by 6:00 p.m.

Start working out, such as: sit ups, push ups, running or walking or jump rope.

its like a sit up but different you have to do a have way sit up like with your back off the ground and hold yourself their for like a minute but its hard and it hurts and you may feel really bad the next day but it works really well

drink alot of water and exercise alot
