Weight? gotta question?!


Question: ok so I have only been eating around 110 calories a day which is activia yogurt, now its says activia fasts ur metabolisim is it possible I could lose weight? and am I eating less then an anorexic?

some anorexics eat nothing so you are doig better than them although I don't know why you are only eating 110 calories a day

You eat the same amount as an anorexic and as soon as you start to eat the same old stuff you used to you will put the weight back on plus some!!!

110 calories a day?!!?

you body needs at LEAST 1200 calories a day...and thats the least...the best amount is probably 1800 calories...you need more food

the only healthy way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise...

Ok, I'm a girl that struggles with weight too....

First off, only eating 120 calories a day is going to make you lose weight, but kill your metabolism when you return to normal eating.

If you want to eat, do calorie counting. You need other nutrients.

Tips:

Try eating things like healthy sandwhiches. Turkey and Ham with lettuce mustard on bread only contains two hundred calories. If you cut out the bad stuff that is loaded with fat and calories, you'll lose weight in no time.

If you seriously want to drop weight, cutting calories to 1200+ is a good start. drink water, no soda, eat lean meat like chicken (baked, no fried or breaded) stay away from fast foods like mcdonalds, hardly anything healthy comes from fast food.

Eat your vegetables, and definately find fruit you like. That will keep you energized and give you nutrients.

Its not just bout counting calories or starving yourself. Your body will begin to eat itself literally if you continue to do this to yourself.

Lastly, exercise, but make sure you eat afterwards and drink plenty of water, you don't want your body shutting down.

Fast weight loss is very unhealthy, I'm sure you know this, so why continue to make yourself unhealthy? You want to lose weight to be healthy? then you have to do it the healthy way.

Make good choices, do what your suppose to and you'll be fine.
