Don't worry about the bulk. Push Ups, Bench Press, Flyes, Incline Press will CERTAINLY help... Once you are satisfied with your chest, stick to that weight.. Do not increase... It will remain the same.
Here is a sample workout:
Barbell Bench Press - 3 sets 12, 8, 6 reps
Dumbbell Incline Bench Press - 3 sets 12, 8, 6 reps
Dips - 3 sets (bodyweight)
Dumbbell Flyes - 3 sets 12, 8, 6 reps
Once a week...

try an assortment of exercises and if you feel your chest muscles getting worked then stick with those
