What i would do would be.... first i would wake up take a shower and eat a heathy meal for breakfast (do not skip test show that skipping breakfast makes you fat) then i would run/walk a mile somewhere and then a mile back home. and i would do that after dinner to and you eat heathy but dont pig out and you might even lose more then 5 pounds
