What is the best way to progress with a 5-6 meal a day diet for weight loss?!

Question: If you want to start a diet where you would eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day what it the best way to go about it? How many calories should you be consuming per meal? How should each meal balance out in regards to fats, protein, carbs, ect.? Should you be eating every 2 hour or 3? And how late should you consume your last meal before going to bed for the night? Also, if you incorporate light to moderate exercise what is the best time of day to do so? After waking before work, right after work, later in the evening? I am looking for advice that is fairly easy to follow ?

You should register at www.perfectbodyshapeforyou.com - all that information is available on the free personal result center they provide. You don't have to count calories if you eat low glycemic foods. You want to eat every 3-4 hours. They idea is to keep your blood sugar level so that it will put your body in fat burning mode. I joined Perfect Body Shape in October and have lost over 20 inches in less than 3 months using their program. I included the nutritional supplements too because we are missing so much in our modern diets. I personally think that is one of the reasons we struggle more today with our weight. They offer a 6 month satisfaction guarantee. And you get personal coaching.

If you want to lose weight, make and eat different Russian soups and have yourself something sweet and you'll be fit in no time.

I'm not talking about those 2 min soups you stick in the microwave like Top Ramen!!
