Does it matter how many calories from fat I eat?!

Question: If I'm on a set amount of calories a day diet, do I have to worry about how much of those calories I'm getting from fat (for example if something says 210 calories, 80 calories from fat) or should I count them as more calories because they're coming from fat?

It doesn't really matter. Total calories are the bottom line. Although you would be able to eat more volume (thus keeping you fuller) if you ate more from less fatty sources. Fat has nine calories per gram while carbs and protein have four...so you do the math.

No, as long as you burn off more than you eat.
