The best colon cleansers...?!
Question: I was looking at a site for it and there's has to be "hundreds" of them.
I dont want anything complicated, where I have to take 2 or 3 different things a day or at a time.
Is there anything out there that genuinely works?
Over the counter or otherwise?
Do you know anything about the places that you go to get a colonic?
Do they work better?

The best thing you can do is to increase your fiber and water intake and do a natural cleaning. You can also do a warm enema and clean yourself out...it beats taking tons of drugs.
Psyllium husk...it's natural and safe.
