No person can loose 10 lbs a day, although we all wish we could. It takes most people a whole week to loose half as much. So unless your working hard core 24/7 workouts I dont think thats possible.

There is no healthy way to do that, and in fact, I don't think there is any physical way to do that. Maybe look into sauna suits, but that weight is gained back instantly.

I ate 1 Lean Cuisine meal per day with 1 bagel w/ I can't believe it's not butter with it, and lost 8 pounds in a week. But I wouldn't recommend doing that lol. I usually lose 1-3 pounds per 2-3 days. Thats when I eat good. It also depends on your body and your food intake. Everyones body is different.
