On a diet, should water be drank even if your not thirsty?!


Question: Ive been told on here to drink lots of water. Ive been told this is so I dont get hungry and to get rid of toxins. So do I still need to drink 8 cups of water a day even if Im not hungr or thirsty at all?

Yes.Thirst is a late sign of dehydration. Drinking water does fill your stomach, you should have a glass before and during every meal. It also cleans your bowels out improving your digestion.

Thats true... you should drink atleast 8 glasses a day no matter what... keeps everything working nicely! and yes sometimes you can feel hungry because you are actually thirsty... wierd huh

Yes. Say you do not drink water for a while and then you drink a glass. Your body says "Hey I haven't seen you in awhile...I am going to STORE you for later." This is bad news. The more water you drink the more water weight you LOSE. Drink lots of water!!!
