Question: I am on a diet and i wanna know if some one either than me would eat this!

4 romaine lettuce leaves
1 small tomato
2/3 yellow bell pepper
'bout 1/2 cup of salsa for dressing

i would only eat the lettuce and salsa because i hate tomatos and peppers. For you its fine.

Yes I would for part of a meal. It actually is very tasty. However, make sure you are eating more than that.

Maybe as an appetizer's appetizer. That is nothing...eating that would just make me more hungry. Come on, there are better ways to lose weight that starving yourself.

Ya, but never put dressing on your salad like ranch dressing SO not diet food.But its fine to eat that.

sure, it sounds good. im sure you can eat more than that though. try some lean chicken on it too.

sounds great! just don't eat only that. Eat nuts. You need some protein in your body.

Yes, about 16 times! That would work as an afternoon snack or a mini-meal (with 5 or 6 other meals) but if you try to eat that for lunch or dinner you'll pass out.

You can have lots more lettuce, it's basically calorie free, and yellow peppers have about 25 calories for a whole cup. There's basically no limit to the amount of fresh raw vegetables you can have, and still lose weight.
