banana= 90-105
Lunch::

1 slice whole wheat bread= 60
1 tbsp. peanut butter= 95
Snack::

1 peppermint stick= 50
Dinner::

4 romaine lettuce leaves= 15
1 small tomato= 16
1/3 red bell pepper= 10
2 tbsp. Light Hidden Valley Ranch= 80
Dessert::

Protein bar= 180

No Dissin' the Ranch i won't eat it any other way since i have no more salsa!!!!

it sounds really good! Its a good mix of foods and they are all pretty good for you. All I would say is add some more dairy. Also a protein bar right before bed isnt necessarily tthe right choice.Maybe go for some fresh fruit

and i think it is enough. people need dif. amounts of food. Thats more than what i eat, and if i eat more i get sick.

Not really, you're supposed to get a certain ammount from each food group (6 grain, 2.5 veg, 2 fruit, 3 dairy, 5.5 meat) and that about half the calories you have in a day, and you're not getting enough of anything.

Nope, its not enough calories. You won't lose weight because your body will go into starvation mode. You need at least 5 oz of protien a day. 5-8 servings of fruits and veggies, 2-3 servings of milk or yogurt. 2 tsp of healthy heart oil. You should have whole grains equal to 25 plus grams per day.
