How many days a week should one work out to lose weight FAST?!

Question: You should do carsio/aerobic workout everyday. Also try sculpting exercises like Pilates or lifting light handweights. I would recommend doing legs and back one day, then the next day do arms and chest (yes, girls need to do some pec exercises to keep themselves "perky"). I would alternate the strength exercises exery other day for 6 days, then take the 7th off. Do cardio everyday.

Everyday?

Depends on your metabolim, but 5 days a week of cardio with a High Intensity Interval Training regiment three days of it and two days of Long Sustained Distance cardio. Allow two days for the body to rest, and make sure you keep a good check on your diet.

The best advice you'll ever hear: If you're worried about weight, examine your diet; if you're worried about ability, examine your exercise program, but if you're worried about health, examine both.

I don't have any evidence to back this up, but I remember hearing that 3-4 days per week can deliver the best results, and at least a day beteween to let the body rest is a good idea.

Everyday. At least 45 minutes. Not heavy weight or high strenuous- just cardio. Jogging, swimming, walking, biking, etc.

1) Eat Less processed food
2) Start Walking
3) Get on a program, Jenny craig .com or fatloss for idiots
