Which training method is best-or any u could suggest me!?!

Question: I have been in gym for a month now!
I work all body parts on the same day mildly.but my friends insist me to do 1 body part per day(isn"t it too long to leave a gap of 7 days between a muscle workout??).
BUT MY AIM IS NOT TO BUILD BIG MUSCLES BUT TO BUILD MUSCLES IN SUCH A WAY TO LOOK LIKE THOSE LEAN MODELS.
which is best-whole body parts daily or 1 muscle daily-or something new or innovative suggestion you want to give me!

Pete, here's the thing, everyone is different and their bodies respond in different ways to various workout regimes, having said that I personally believe that there is no set way that is best so I use the various plans in conjunction with each other. I like to isolate but not on a seven day rotation mine is more of a four or five day rest, which is great so the muscles will fully recover. For instance my routines usually involve a group a muscles and some cardio so it would go like this, day one biceps and triceps: I pick two exercises for each group and do three solid good form sets of 10-12,8-10, 6-8. Then I do cardio. Day 2 will be legs, abs and cardio. day three rest. day four chest, back and cardio. day five arms again and so forth and so on. Every month I change up the exercises for each muscle so that they can get a change of pace. good luck

right now there is a debate raging on just how effective isolating muscles is. it was a theory developed in the sixties and promoted by nautilus. doctors are now questioning that, saying muscles should be worked in more real life ways, where they have to steady and support themselves.

okay, if you focus on diet and you lift heavy weight consistantly with recovery between you will grow to look more like a model type. those guys that are getting very large arent doing it naturally, no matter what they contend. building muscles naturally with no HGH or steroids means you are defined like a model, not huge.

there are two parts to it though. lifting builds muscle, but to show off those muscles you have to be lean. that means your diet has to be right. you have to get enough to rebuild after working out, but still keep the calories low enough that you reduce your body's fat levels so your new muscles can be seen.

there was a great series of books. i can't remember the guys name, bass i think. one was called ripped. if you can find it, i highly recommend giving it a read. you'll learn more about your body and building it naturally than you ever imagined.

I understand that there are three types of general body sculpturing so to speak.

One is lean and toned like a marathon runner

Another is muscle mass gained - like beefcakes - you see a real show of bulk, in fact think Incredible Hulk or Daniel Craig -quick results but this is not what your after and I'm witht you on this one.

My favourite option is the Strength trained body. This is the strongest and most natural look for men in particular. More akin to Russell Crowe or Brad Pitt. One to be proud of!
