Deadlifts!?!?!


Question: I do deadlifts on back day...should i do them first or do dumbell rows first..i want to keep my grip good for both since i dont use straps.....is it ok to do them second of should it b my starting exercise?

ALWAYS do deadlifts first. They are one of the best, most taxing exercises you can perform, so it's important to perform them when you have the highest levels of energy. This will maximize their effectiveness, and minimize your risk of injury.

It all depends on how your feeling that day. The way you put your hands on the bar for that is different then when you are benching because there is more strain on your hands and fingers. Really they are the same amount of work for your hands depending on the amount of weight so if your feeling good that day it doesnt matter which one but I would reccomend you to wait for some time before starting another excersize so that your hands can rest a bit. Also crack your nuckles after cuz it loosens them up
