Any ideas on a easy diet? Im so focused on losing weight and getting back into s!

If you're looking to gain some muscle and to tone up, I'd suggest starting a resistance routine at least 3 days out of the week. Opt for either a full body workout or a split body workout.

Since you don't need to lose any weight, the benefits of cardio would be moreso focused on keeping a heathy heart, lungs and overall circulation instead of fat burning. I'd suggest doing cardio at least 2 days out of the week.

As for diet, be sure you are eating 4 - 6 balanced meals every day. By balanced, this means having a healthy protein and carb source. Healthy proteins, such as lean meats, fish, and low fat dairy. Healthy carb sources such as fruits, veggies, and whole grain breads, pasta and rice.

If you do begin to add some resistance into your daily routine, whatever that may be, you may find that you get hungrier throughout the day. That's normal and means your body requires more energy to refuel and rebuild muscle.

I advice you to eat as usual but in small quantity

well u can buy an outfit that u just absolutely love and buy it smaller so u can have a goal to set and i think that would help u lose weight and look great!

There are ways that you can cut calories without even feeling hungry. Like drink lots of water, don't use so much condiments on sandwiches like mayo or ketchup. Try to eat on smaller plates, the illusion makes you think that you are eating more than you really are.
