Yes Tory I have a great plan for you. Do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training early in the morning. Eat a good breakfast. Eat a good lunch, Eat snack, eat a light dinner. For dinner try not to eat carbs like white rice pasta, etc. you can eat that for lunch though as you will burn it off during the day anyway. For dinner you want to eat something light as your metabolism is starting to slow down. And remember to drink plenty of water through out the day. If you follow this plan you will be a very good shape and see results within 4 weeks.

yes I am a pro wrestler since 1997 I have learned the rutine best suited for total body is, 100 pushups, 100situps(not crunches), and 100 squats 5 days a week weekends off. walk or run 1mile aday as well. total body as well as cardio. eat 4 meals a day 500 calories a meal 2000 calories aday.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.
Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day.
Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.


Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.
