Xenadrine?? Getting married soon!?!
Question: Hey there!
So I just wanted to hear if anyone has had a good or bad experience with Xenadrine. I am getting married in a month and I am looking for something to help me out. I'm very healthy and exercise 5-6 days a week.
One of my friends took it for a couple weeks and lost 8 - 10 lbs and she was also very healthy and working out 5 days a week.
Any comments??
I was thinking about taking it now for a couple weeks and lose about 10 lbs. I'm 20, 5'2", and 137lbs. I'm considered "overweight" according to www.healthatoz.com and i just want to be healthy and at a healthy weight. More than anything I want to keep health and fitness in my life for my family..... someday!

Ok don't listen to that. You are not overweight. If you want to lose a little more weight you need to really NEED TO drink 8 glasses of water and eat very small portions of food at least 10 times a day equaling a minimum of 1000 cal. to 1500 cal. Your body needs this to be healthy. You should also do at least 1/2 hour of cardio a day. But remember to stay away from sugar and salt. remember that some fruits have too much sugar such as grapes. enzymatiu c body cleansing is really good and you can drop another 10 pounds this month by following my direction. you can get it from a Walgreens, CVS or GNC. or order it online. But, you have to drink lots of water and eat well. Anthing else you want to take is not that healthy
