Two days without eating?!

This would be called a fast..
its actually not that harmfull
it clenses the body of unwanted toxins and shrinks your stomach.

You body will go into starvation mode and store all of your fat. It takes a while to loose weight that way

Plus headaches and no energy

you wont have nothing to burn so you would gain wait.

dehydration, you wouldn't lose that much weight...DONT DO IT

I go 1 day a month with no food...never 2 though..too long..1 day with the next 6 being light will do a good cleansing for ya..no need to starve, will only give u cramps

It's called fasting, and it's actually not that bad so long as you don't over do it. It can be a healthy shock to your metabolism, and can help clean out your system. Normally, one weekend a month of fasting (say, the midde-most weekend of every month) is healthy and cleansing.

Just remember to jumpstart your metabolism the next week and resume a healthy diet from then on, too.

You will just gain weight again when you eat on the first day!
That's not good for you! Unless you are doing it for religious reasons, I'd stay away from the whole, not eating thing!
