What is a good weight loss routine that lasts about an hour(if not more) a day, !


Question: for example; Monday-30 minutes of cardio and then chest and back. Tuesday 30 minutes of cardio and the hamstrings and quads. Just something that is balanced and that works, im trying to lose some poundage the old fashioned way.

i do bodybuilding for 9 years. i tried different work out plans. of course i train more than twice a week. anyway, i tried this opposite work out routine - chest-back, all arms, all legs. i tell u what - it is impossible to do several major groups in one day. chest and back are the largest groups and it is highly advisable to do them separate day. i would strongly suggest u do at least 3 work out days a week when u do back/shoulders; chest/triceps; legs/biceps. u may change pairs but never join major groups. good luck

I think you should hire a personal trainer to teach you how to do this safely and effectively. I think it's great that you're taking charge of your health.

Walk. It's simple, enjoyable and if you do it every day, you will see how the weight falls. I did it and lost 8 kilos and built a good muscle tone. That was 10 years ago and I still walk, still slim.

Look I lost 30 pounds in three months by running a mile everyday and taking this fat burner called redline everyday before I ran. U will notice a increase in your stamina after the first week and also before u run work out different parts off the body on different days. Make sure u work out before u run because u don't want to burn the calories u need to build muscle by running first...
