Why most food articles have corn syrup?!


Question: in america everything have it while when you buy something from a foreign country it doesn't have it. Doesn't it make us fat?

There's only one reason why they put that in everything, and that's because it's the cheapest form of sugar. It is extremely bad for your health. It not only makes us fat, but it's also the reason why so many people are getting diabetes these days. Our bodies were not meant to process high fructose corn syrup. I try not to eat anything with that in it.

I don't know a lot about this, but I avoid the stuff if I can. I've heard that it's bad for you liver and kidneys. It's all about $$, it's much cheaper to use the high fructose corn syrup than it is to use sucrose.

High fructose corn syrup is in too many things. I try to buy stuff with out it.

Corn syrup is used to soften texture, add volume, prohibit crystallization and enhance flavor.

Main reason is that it suppresses the function that tells us to stop eating. The more you eat, the more they earn.

Second, it's much sweeter than sugar so in the bulk, much cheaper.

Finally, it makes us fat and a lot of things unhealthy. So avoid it like a plague. ^_^

That's why America is fat, period. Our body cannot metabolize high fructose corn syrup and makes a lot of damage in our body.
