Which is best method-whole body or split body parts?!


Question: I am right now doing whole body parts routine(all body parts in a single day for 6 days).my aim is to get a slim,muscular body like those male models!!!!.but my friends say that I should Do only 1 muscle per day.BUt isn"t 7 days gap between workouts for a muscle a longer time?
If you have a better suggestions,please do tell me!

My advice is to do one body part a day. i have been training for 10years and it is the only way to train.Giving your muscles a week to recover is normal and you will make more gains this way.Training your whole body every day will burn your muscles out and give them no time to recover which will slow your growth

do split body parts. you could do chest and triceps. back and biceps. legs or just do upper legs one day then calves the next day. shoulders and traps. there ae a lot of ways you can train. all you have to do is observe how your body is reacting and if its not working try something else. don't do whole body. muscles need time to grow and recuperate. good luck.
