Diet pills can help you get used to eating less; but its just something to help you along in the early stages of your weight loss plan. Eating and exercise changes are what will really work long term. You can have a look at

Bontril does. I lost 20 lbs on it

Pills aren't good for you. They don't teach you anything. It may be a quick fix, but not so in the long run. Learn how to eat properly and exercise for a lifetime of results

only the weight of the cash from your purse.

diet pills don't help at all.

Well I haven't tried them, but they should make it easier to loose weight.
After all, thats what they advertise!

I think that they make it easier, but I'm sure that you would still have to diet and exercise. I have never tried any, nor will I, so I am sorry that I cannot suggest any brands to you. If you want to try them, though, do some research and find the best brand. Good luck!!

No. They are all a scam.

NO BUT EAT HEALTHY AND RUN AND DRINK PLUNTY OF WATER.

I must warn people about diet pills......

My uncles wife used them for years, and they stripped the lining of her lungs........be warned.

Some do but they usually make you see the bathroom an awful alot! So be close to a bathroom! Good luck!

I think if used in conjuction with good diet and exercise they can speed ur results. But they wont work by themselves....

NO ...Rest ...eating healthy portions and exercise will help you lose weight....and maintain a healthy weight

Sometimes these pills claim amazing results that sound too good to be true
