ScarPred

is ok for ya height but try 120lb is more better

that is the weight you need to e at "136"
119 is underweight
how old are you, because that might mater also

You are at the absolute upper limit of normal weight. Even gaining a half pound will put you into the overweight category. Depending on your frame, you can be anwhere from about 101 pound to 136, and still be within the normal parameters.

You should only lose weight if you feel like you should. It's your body, you get to make the decisions.

weight carries different on everyone.
just worry more about eating right, working out and taking care of yourself not whats on the scale or weight you think you should be.

Go to this website and input your info itll help ya out and tell u all u could ever want to know about ur weight =]

good luck!

your body is just adjusting to its "adult" weight now that you are through late adolescence... in other words, you should expect to fill out (hips, butt, boobs) while in college. People are obsessed with being thin when they should just eat healthy.

In other words, if your weight goes to 130 or 140 or 150 even and you are eating fruits, vegetables and exercising...that is a lot better than getting back to 119 by smoking, not eating, radical diets etc. be healthy and well. You'll find someone who isnt so concerned about what your dress size is and you will be better mentally and physically when you meet that guy.
