How long should I exercise?!


Question: Will I see any results at all if I exercise for around 15 - 20 minutes in the morning and 15 - 20 minutes at night? Seven days per week... or do I need to do it for at least 30 minutes.

that is too much exercise. you only need 20-30 minutes a day, and not seven days a week. If you dont give your body time to rest then you are not doing yourself any good.

THE AMOUNT OF EXERCISE depends on your fitness level.....just do what you can.............do not exeed...30-45 minutes a day 4-5 days a week..............also if you are not seeing results it's because you are not in a good diet........make sure you;

avoid oily foods
avoid sugar
drink plenty of water
replace high fat foods with veggies and fruits
