definately changing your diet will help with your weight loss. I recommend doing some research on some nice healthy recipes that wont scare you off from eating healthy lol.

all you need to remember is that healthy food does not mean tasteless crap! it just means not eating food loaded with carbs and bad fats which in th elong run are a nice lead in to a heart attack...enough motivation there? lol

Fruits, fruits, fruits....

Apart from having a balanced diet and visiting the gym regularly ,eating ur meals regularly,not eating in front of the tv or computer or while reading a book,concentrating on eating only,eating healthy and less oily and fat food,eating fresh vegetables and fruits instead of junk food might help a lot.
