What are some herbal supplements and vitamins that will be more energy?!


Question: I reccomend one-a-day weight smart or energy. They cover a lot of the vitamins you need on a daily basis and a few more to help with energy and dieting. Green tea is an awesome drink to help detoxify your body and has natural caffeine. If you take caffeine pills, energy supplements, drink coffee, etc. just be careful how much you're taking in and make sure you read the label before doing anything. I also found that I have more energy the more I move-obviously you'll feel lazy & sluggish just sitting at your computer or watching tv. Try going for a quick walk around the block or doing some crunches & other exercises during commercial breaks or before dinner. Good luck!

B vitamins help with energy

Ginseng, chromium picolinate, b vitamins, caffeine, guaranara, just to name a few. You need to be careful though. You can permanantly damage your health if you don't know what you are doing.
