First of all, since you are so young, your first priority is just eating healthy food. Your body size will change a lot in the coming years, as will your metabolism. Rather than dieting, fretting, and denying yourself the foods you crave, try "addition." By "addition" I mean try to find nutritious foods that you are happy to add to your meals. You don't have to give anything up, just keep finding more and more healthy choices to include in every meal. You will feel better both mentally and physically, and cravings for the "bad" stuff will not be as bad.

A similar approach is possible with exercise. Rather than forcing yourself to do workouts you come to hate, do as many activities as you can find that you enjoy. That may not add up to much of what a fitness guru would consider a proper workout, but you'll keep your mind and body active and happy. The serious workouts can wait for the future.

Your percent body fat is much more meaningful than weight.

Many things affect weight, and there are both advantages and disadvantages to having a little more or less weight.

There are three types of body fat measuring.

The simplest type are devices that pinch your skin to measure the "fatty layer" that lines your skin. These are a very poor way of measuring your absolute body fat percentage; because, many factors affect the fatty layer. However, once you do have an accurate measure, this simple pinching method is a good way of checking whether you are trending toward more fat or less during the times between the more accurate reading.

The second type measures the electrical resistance of your body. You grab the handholds on each side, and a meter then tells you your percent body fat based on how well your body conducts electricity. This method can claim great accuracy, but there still is the question of initial calibration. Is there something about your body chemistry that makes you a better conductor than the next person? To be sure, you really need to get the third type of measurement at least once.

The third method is an underwater scale that is used to compare your weight submerged in water to your weight on land. This is an excellent way of discerning the ratio of fat to muscle in your body. Unfortunately, this is is the hardest type of measure to find. Ask a doctor, sports trainer, or health club if they know where you can get this type of measurement.

84 is a normal weight for someone your age, but you sound like you might be a late spurter, talk to your doctor about your height, and how it affects your weight range.

You are normal, if not skinny. Please, DO NOT feel the pressure to lose weight. You can stunt your growth. Girls grow out, and then up.

that is no way, no how at all fat. See what the media has done to kids? (i'm a kid) It's completely skewed their perception of their own bodies. More for girls but basically all around... i don't even know how to say it. =P
