Question: im 5'5 15 and weigh 160 but i work out lots and some of that is muscle not just fat.....i wear a size 11 in juniors....am i really fat!?!?!?!?

if your frame is larger, then you will weigh more.

Maybe you should talk to your doctor to find out how much you weigh at the height and age you are.

It sounds to me like you may be a bit overweight.

You can be overweight, but that doesn't make you necissarily "fat".

You shouldn't be stressing about this if you get plenty of excercise and eat a balanced diet.

You're overweight for your height.

You'd need to be at least 145lbs to not be overweight

well, i know that muscle weighs more than fat, and i know that if you keep working out on and off, that muscle turns back into fat and so on and so on, and then your muscle mass gets bigger and bigger, try watching what you eat and eat smaller portions for a couple of weeks, and see if you have any improvement. :)

no ur not really fat ur just 10-15 pounds over weight wich is not a big deal for ur age its really easy to drop weight at that age with a lil diet and exercise

No! I wouldn't call you fat if you are all muscle. You should calculate your body fat index and see if you are in fact fat or not.

With your height, I think you're suppose to be in the 130'ish range.

there is a difference between overweight and fat...musclebuilders and people in sports can be considered overweight cuz muscle weighs more then fat but they are reallt healthy...if u have lots of muscle, then u are healthy but considered overweight but not fat...
