HOw to get a great body and how long will it takes?!


Question: I am 5"7,150 pounds male.I just have a great amount of truck tyre in my midsection.otherwise I am ok,but don"t have a great looking body.
I dream of getting a great body,lean muscular,big guns!,great calf,excellent soldier"s shoulder,model"s abs,and gymnast"s forearm"s.Folks! will you tell me how long will it take me to get a great shape and have such a sexy body!!
And also what should I do!!!

exercise with heavy weights and do 30 min cardio every other day . sweat out the fat. lots of protien like egg whites fish chicken breast to feed your muscles and veggies like broccoli spinach salads for the fiber to help remove the fat

If you want to look like an athlete, you have to train like one. Find a sport who's participants have the body type you desire, and investigate their training routines.

Speaking for triathletes, 5-6 miles per week in the pool, 200 miles/week on a bike, and 40 miles running would get you there in 6 months to a year.

Other sports have other routines, but require similar investment of time and effort. Having an athletic body is a lifestyle. Contrary to what you see on TV ads, there are no magic 30 minute rituals.

You've got to stop dreaming and start to work. Find out the emotional stuff that got you where you are today, because it's mental, not just physical. Conquer your excuses and fears.
Join a gym, meet with a trainer who'll give you a program for diet and exercise. You've got to lift weights and do cardio. You've also got to eat healthy foods, avoiding junk food and soda.

Being male you can do it a lot faster than women, but when I first started to lift weights and do cardio I was 150 pounds, in a size 11. In three months I felt so much better, jiggled less and fit better in my clothes. In six months I weighed 150 pounds but was in a size 6. I was bad. Still am. Will never stay on the couch again.
