Calories and Weight

decreased eating or both. Losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week is a sensible goal

Healthy eating and exercise is the way to go. Finding an exercise that you enjoy helps you stick with it. Do you like to dance? Run? Kickbox? Even dancing around in your room is better than nothing!

I am on the Medifast program. I am an adult, but they do have a program for teens. You may want to talk to your doctor about it. I eat five Medifast meals a day, plus one meal consisting of lean meat and vegetables. The Medifast meals are soups, bars, shakes, and puddings. After a couple days I wasn't hungry in-between meals. It has been about three weeks since I started, and I have lost weight and I feel pretty good. You may want to check out the Medifast plan and definitely discuss it with your doctor. Good luck with your weightloss efforts whatever you decide!
