What if you have high colestral and your supose to eat fish or chicken?!

Question: No fried food but it says you can have olive oil. Why can't you fry it in olive oil? I like my fish or chicken fried. Why does it have to be baked?

Olive oil burns at lower temperatures, not usually used to deep fry foods. Chicken & fish are healthier than red meats,

You could fry it in olive oil. Olive oil is a monounsaturated fat so don't feel like you have to bake everything all the time. Avoid the ones that say trans-fats, partially hydrogenated, and saturated.
