Do all breakfast cereals that say they have 100% of the US RDA for iron really h!

Question: I found this science fair question, but I'm a bit confused. Let say after I find the irons in the cereals what do I do next? Compare the amount of irons in each cereal to each other? ...or compare the amount of irons in each cereal to the RDA for iron and see if they have the correct amount?? Anyone would like to explain this question to me or suggest what I should do for this experiment?

If they state they contain 100% of the US RDA per serving, then you find out what the US RDA for iron is. If their serving of cereal contains at least that amount, then they have 100% per serving. If they have more than 100% then they can still claim to have 100%. It's like if someone asked me if I had 30 cents and I have 50 cents in my pocket. Well, then I have more than 30 cents but I do have 30 cents.
