5-10 lbs in 3 days . . .?!


Question: I am doing this thing called 3 day diet fast and what it is is:
1st day: no food, only water
2nd day:water, fruits, fruit juices
3rd day: water, vegetables, vegetable juices

How much can I expect to lose from this? I am aiming for 5 to 10 lbs. Is this possible?

The only way to lose weight is to change your lifestyle.

never heard of such "diet" .. but get ready for some serious head ache.

it might be possible depending on your body....however, i don't think the diet that your gonna do is healthy.

i do not recommend this at all

Why would you put yourself through that?
Just eat less and exercise more, you'll lose weight. And if you do it right you won't go nuts and binge and gain all the weight back in 1 day!

you are going to be so hungery at the end of those 3 days that you will gain more then you lost!!! Your body will go into starvation mode and everything will turn to fat automatically you should look into a diet that is gradual like lean for life or hamilton beach

After you do it, you'll probably gain it all back.

Just go to the gym and eat right and you can lose 5 - 10 lbs in a few weeks. And you won't gain it back if you stay active.

no it will be all water weight y can lose 10 pound in 3 days dont drink actual fat loss takes exercise thats it or else starve yourself and your body eats itself not healthy
