Bulk up OR get cut up/tone up[10 POINTS] for good awnsers?!


Question: I'm 5'2 preaty strong but slow :(. 13 inch armes 22.4 bmi. Should I tone up un till low body fat, then bulk up. Or get even more stronger and then tone up. This is all for football about to be a freshmen. also how to work out abs. I take Muscle milk every single freeken day for too days straight. I want to be a flippen monster for jv.

If no good awnsers then I need to by my coffin and tomb stone I want it int marle or granite.

bulk then cut. thats what all the bodybuilders do. spend about 8 weeks lifting hard and eating tons of protein, calories and carbs. get strong. when you have reached where you want to be, start doing more cardio in your routine(45-60 minutes 3 times a week at least) then you will burn off the fat leaving just the muscle that you built. good luck, i am getting ready to try to cut some weight. i have went from 165 to 180. when bulking, you still dont want to gain fat, but you will gain a little, its just part of it. most of your weight should be muscle.
