how do yu resist temption?

Get a good strong image in your mind of how hot you are going to look when you lose some weight. See yourself in that great new outfit.

Get a good strong image in your mind that chocolate and chips are poison to you. Chocolate looks like POOP! DON'T eat it! Chips are gross potato things fried in nasty old stinky animal fat! Good potatoes are in the veggie section. Chips are sliced out of ROTTEN potatos.

Get these images firmly in your mind and draw them out when you feel tempted.

Throw it out or have mom and dad bring it all to work. Your siblings should support you and don't have parents buy anymore.

Claim a cupboard in your kitchen for only your food. Make a pact that you will only eat food in that cupoard or that shelf of the fridge and only put healthy things in it! Only way to do it is to DO IT and go cold turkey baby. After one week it is a thousand times easier! JUST DO IT! You will love yourself for it!

Are you the one buying it for yourself or is it your parents? All you have to do is stop buying it. If your mom doesn't care either way, ask her not to bring it home. Instead, ask her to bring fruits home, like apples. Apples have plenty of juice and the apple skin has lots of fiber in it too. If you can't, then you need to eat foods filled with fiber to help resist the temptations. Eat lots of pears, nuts, berries, etc. Hope this helps!

Well is how I stop a temptation/addiction;
You probably subconsciously associate candy/chocolates with watching T.V(a certain show) or some other activity. Start doing other things that you don't eat food with or start some small things without eating, trust me time will slow and it just wont seem as fun without candy but try to do the whole activity(1 whole show, 1 part of a game, 1 series of whatever you do) without eating.
* DO NOT THINK ABOUT IT. The big problem with thinking about it. That's why lists are no good. Maybe at first you will, but don't think "I won't eat, I won't go in the kitchen" because
** The more you think to yourself the more you're going to trick yourself out of fighting the temptation.
After 30 minutes I promise you'll forget all about it and just indulge in whatever you were doing and in the end of the day you'll say "Wow, i haven't eaten a thing in a while, so I am actually genuinely hungry"(which is when it's good to eat, but not candy).
*Also, Replace your habit with something else, 'heart' cheer-leading said "Drink water." That's perfect because your used to the action of in-taking something, especially if it's flavored water. Because your used to that kind of sweet flavor your body will be so adjusted you'll forget about what you used to actually indulge in so much.
So to summarize; Force yourself to not while doing something which you usually eat with, KEEP IT OFF YOUR MIND, and indulge in something else that is better and can relate action/taste(water, if no-go use flavored).
