Is there anyway i can work out with out by boobs becoming non existant?!


Question: If you lose weight, unfortunately, you lose weight in your boobs.

But, something you can do to build up the muscle behind them is a "fly". It's a chest exercise where you end up squeezing your pecs together - gives a nice peak on guys. Some other are an incline and/or decline dumb bell press.

I've read for women to never do a flat bench press cause it can make your boobs flatter.

i heard that riding you bike doesnt make your boobs shrink. also, i think swimming is good too.

It would take alot and I mean alot of exercise for your breasts to shrink.
