You are dreaming and looking for magic. The fastest way to bulk up is to lift weights. In order to gain weight you've got to increase your protien intake dramatically. It is almost impossible to ingest enough protien without taking suppliments. By the way, suppliments are much less expensive than food.

Yes, milk will help you to build muscle as it is an excellent source of complete protein.

As far as building abs in just a month without going to the gym, it's not going to happen in one month, it's going to take time. You can do it at home, but you've got to know the correct exercises and utilize the correct intensity.

eat a TON

You kan eat a lot of beans and keep the farts in

the farts contain a rot of protein that make your muscles grow bigger and also fats so you gane more wait. and on that top of you get a more stronger.

work out a lot , eat a lot of protean and bread, noodles

Eat protein and carbohydrates. Work out. Problem solved.

according all the baseball players, steroids are natural. so try them.

Eat more stuff like meat and other

eat top ramen.. its high in fat..

To build muscle mass, you need an intense weight lifting routine with a high protein diet. Best with fish, chicken etc...

As for cut abs, you need to do ab excercies, cardio etc...but in the end, you need to drop your body fat content to less than 8% in order to get that 6 pack ripped look.

i have the perfect solution
do a handstand against the wall and just hold that position while watching t.v or something if you feel stronger then try doing some pushups (while doing a handstand) this will help with all of your muscles and if you do 100 sit ups every hour for 3 hours a day for about a month then you should get a 6 pac dont go on any diets just east as you wish but dont get obese

protein before weights really does not help too much. it is casein and slowly digested, so it would not be sufficient after workout either. your best bet would be to buy a 100% whey protein(completely natural) which is digested quickly and gives you a quick source of protein to build/repair you muscle tissue. if you dont even want that, eat some fish, chicken, turkey after your work out. i have also heard that red meat before a workout is good. for abs, do 45 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week. do weighted sit ups /crunches. free weights help develop abs. getting the fat off your stomach that is covering them is the main focus as everyone has abs underneath.

Protein is awesome but only does so much. It all depends on your frame. if you're naturally thin and non-muscular then it's not going to happen. You could build muscles lifting weights and doing strength training but they will only get so big if you have a petite frame. Lean meats, Potatoes, eggs, etc all help. Now if you Don't have a small frame then the best advice I could give is to eat your protein and do your strength training. That is, if you want to do it the natural way. No other way works without supplements.

Lots of protein group foods and weight lifting.

BURRITO'S!!!! OR ANY MEXICAN FOOD FOR THAT MATTER....AND BEER!!!!

To answer your first question, the fastest way to bulk up is to continue lifting weights. You really don't need the added supplements. It is a fact that unless you are taking steroids, a bodybuilder can only put on 5-6 pounds of muscle a year. So, be patient. Your abs will bulk up faster if you do crunches and leg lifts. I do 50 of each on workout days. Back when I was in my hey day, I did 100 of each and I'm guessing you could too.
