Well cardio is anything that gets your heart pumping, so pick something that you enjoy that you will stick to:
running, walking, basketball, soccer, eliptical machine and weight lifting are a few examples.
Running, Jogging, Swimming, Skip rope, biking, jog on the spot .. there are some ones i do like.. get in the position of push ups kind of but then move one leg at a time close to your chest and alternate legs like your running but with both hands on the ground .. i dont have a name for it .. just saw it on TV.. 'last ten pounds' good show ahah
running, walking,jogging, biking, climbing stair, swimming....... If you are dedicated to it & along with eating healthy meals, it'll work. Everything take time =)
