You're actually at the lower end of your ideal body mass index...losing weight for you is likely to end up causing a whole mess of problems.

The problem isn't that you need to lose weight, it's that you need to like how you are now. There are people who are perfectly happy being a good few pounds overweight, but it's because they have a positive body image. That's what you need to work on, otherwise you'll end up losing weight, still not liking what you see, and losing more weight, still not liking what you see and so on and so on until you've developed an eating disorder...love the skin you're in, you're already at the right weight!

There's no medical reason for you to be losing weight, so don't bother.

But anyways, you can do cardio for 45 minutes a day and you'll lose weight in no time ;)

Eat less, and exercise more.

Walk for and hour a day, stretch for 20mins, and eat 5-6 very small meals a day and drink only water. Do this for three months and you will be set!

at 15 5'3" and 115. you don't need to lose weight. you are a normal size.

since you're still 15, so eat right and exercise and your weight will decrease because your metabolism is still working fine. i have several suggestion:
1. do not eat any cooked food until 12 noon, so only fruits and home made juice if possible every 2 hours.
2. by noon you can eat until you're full but pick between these: carbs or protein. do not mix them in one plate. so by noon you need to choose between bread and potato or meat. if you choose to eat carbs during lunch then you have to eat protein in dinner. you can switch the carbs and protein consumption between lunch and dinner, just don't eat them at the same time.
3. eat fruit before lunch or dinner. not after.
4. drink as many as you can, 2 litters a day
5. exercise regularly, min. once every 2 days. nothing fancy, just jog or take a walk .

wat! ur not even fat!!!!
